An electrical engineer by training, Mr. Matsumoto had served Japan’s Toshiba Plant Systems and Services Corporation (TPSC) for 41 years (1978-2019) including a stint in Malaysia (2001-2004, and 2014-2019) where he took charge of a few mega power plant projects.

He set up TPSC first subsidiary in Malaysia – TPSC Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd in 2001 and he was the company’s Managing Director.
